I’d recommend visiting this place.

The rooms have been beautifully renovated and were spotless, and the large bathroom was comfortable, especially that spectacular shower. The kitchenette is well equipped, with an induction hob and even a microwave. It’s an older building, and the setting among concrete buildings feels a bit suffocating, with no greenery, air, or light. I wouldn’t choose it for a holiday, but it’s convenient if you need the city center or want to be near the train station and port. Breakfast was minimal, unfortunately. I’d add another chair and a bedside table, or at least a shelf for things you need overnight. Very good value for money.

For our group of nine, this was an extraordinary place to stay, so I’d recommend it for groups. The apartment is on the fourth floor and reached by a small elevator with a maximum capacity of three people. It has five rooms, each with its own bathroom, mini kitchen, and key. The renovated apartment was clean and air-conditioned, with the basic necessities for two people in each room. Two rooms also open onto a shared balcony facing the Central Station.

The kitchens in the rooms have ovens and microwaves, which made it easy to take a restful day indoors. Everything was very clean and beautifully renovated, and the station is close by. The sea is an easy walk too, about 10 minutes away. I’d highly recommend staying here if you want a little break from downtown’s bustle or need to catch a train the next morning.
