We had booked online for two guests, but when we arrived they unexpectedly asked us to pay extra for having two guests. That charge hadn't been mentioned during booking. We had also requested two separate beds, but got a room with just one. When we brought up the bed issue, the receptionist, a bald man, reacted aggressively and wasn't helpful. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I found the treatment unacceptable and it made me question how professional and reliable the team is. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. The room was clean, and breakfast was included, tasty, and had very fresh pastries. We also rented the hotel's electric bikes. The staff were super nice and happy to help.

We paid 110 euros for a double room booked through Booking, and were surprised to be given a disgusting room with no window. It came with what seemed like an extra, a cockroach. The whole place felt old and dirty. Breakfast was just okay. A terrible experience.

For what they're charging, I really can't complain. It feels worth a lot more, and the location is amazing. Very clean, with breakfast included.

The location was good, but the rooms are definitely dated. It was okay.
