The staff were polite, kind, and helpful, and the lobby has a fun take on classic decor. Our room was spacious and pretty, also classically styled. A more modern shower would be welcome, but the thick towels, soaps, and lotions were lovely. It’s very dog friendly, and the breakfast had plenty of quality choices, especially the tea station and great bread. The coffee could be better. The location is handy for Lake Garda activities and Aquardens, with a laundromat and small mall within walking distance. There’s also a gym that gives hotel guests a small discount. I’ll definitely stay again.

The hotel staff were attentive and helpful, always smiling, and the interior has been refurbished in a distinctive style. The rooms are spacious, clean, and wonderful. Breakfast in the restaurant was a real highlight: four kinds of croissants, lots of bread and spreads, fresh deli items and cheese, plenty of fresh fruit, readily available coffee, and a wide range of teas. Parking outside can be a little difficult, though I believe there are extra spaces underground. Still, we had a great stay.

The rooms were clean and fresh, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, in a traditional Mediterranean style with more sweet options. A few things were disappointing for a **** hotel: the policy seems to provide only the bare minimum, with not even a bottle of water in the room, and the TV looked like a monitor from the 90s. I’d confirmed a double bed, but didn’t get the room I’d requested. The lifts can also mean waiting several minutes.

The rooms are a bit dated, but the staff made the real difference. It’s a nice hotel just outside Verona, with great service and a great breakfast.

Breakfast was 5*! The rooms are clean and spacious, though a bit bare, and another chair would have been welcome. There’s no iron either, which is a shame. The biggest problem is the single lift serving all 13 floors. It can be frustrating when it’s going the wrong way and stopping at nearly every floor. Walking is quicker, but that won’t work for everyone, especially with luggage.
