We thought we’d booked a self-catering apartment, but had to leave because the place is actually just a B&B. The owner very politely refused to refund us and made it clear she felt it was our fault, not hers. Paying 60 euros to feel like you’ve been taken for a ride is always nice. Fortunately we don’t live far away, or we’d have had to call a lawyer. Never again.

I love medieval villages, and this 16th-century residence really surprised me. It has an ancient, ethnic feel in both its furnishings and layout, with a clear medieval charm. The hospitality was excellent. I highly recommend it, especially as a strategic base for exploring on foot or by car.

The rooms are clean and quiet, and the owner is very friendly. It’s a fantastic 16th-century building in the center of Cagli, with a beautiful interior garden. Highly recommended!

Robinah, who runs the B&B, was so kind and helpful, and breakfast was good too. It’s a quiet, characterful place in an excellent spot for reaching the main places of interest. We had a really pleasant stay. Thanks again!
