Massimo is very nice, and check-in was easy with no issues. The house is great and the location is excellent, with a bus stop nearby and everything in the center within walking distance. Even the train station is only 15 minutes away on foot. It can get a little noisy when people are out talking in the street, but otherwise there were no problems. Grazie!

The landlord was very easy to get hold of. This cozy studio in an old tenement is clean and well maintained, with a great spot near the sea and right in central Cagliari. It met all our expectations, even for a discerning tenant. I highly recommend it.

It's a comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a very convenient location. The bed is a matter of personal preference, but it was a bit soft for me, and the wifi is weak. Access is easy: the central station is a 15-minute walk away, and from there the airport is eight minutes by train. I highly recommend it.

New, practical and welcoming, right in the center. The host was super kind and helpful. The only downside was the strong smell you get in ground-floor places with one window. Recommended.

The two-room apartment is excellent, clean, and well maintained, and I recommend it. Its location is excellent and strategic. There are just two small things I'd change to make it five stars...
