Breakfast was plentiful, but that’s about the only service. This place may have been a gem in the '80s, but now it feels dated and could use interior renovation. The shower leaked and left the bathroom a mess; its head was broken, the walls were stained, and the decor is old-fashioned. Fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t stay longer than three days.
I won’t go back. Last night, November 4, 2012, I went to the reception after finding no blanket in my closet. I’m very cold, but was told, “I don’t have the keys to the storage room, goodnight!” so I had to manage without one. Breakfast was worse. On Sundays it’s meant to run from 7:30 to 10:30, but when I arrived at 9:50 there was nothing left and the waiters were already clearing things away. I politely asked if I could have a croissant or a piece of cake. One very kind waiter brought a nice piece of cake for me and the guys behind me. Then a rude, ill-mannered supervisor showed up shouting at whoever had brought out the little cakes, saying you could have put a finger in your ass and more. It was disgraceful. Poor maintenance and zero availability, a terrible place.
