I live in an apartment next to the residence, so I can vouch for how beautiful it is. The people running it are very professional, and the place is always clean and welcoming. There’s a large private lot behind a gate that only residence guests can open. Reception staff are always there and ready to answer questions.

I spent six months in Sardinia, and this apartment worked really well for me. It’s a standard rental with a fixed rate all year, parking, air conditioning, and a basic kitchenette that’s enough to cook pretty much anything. Modou and Patricia were great at sorting out any problems quickly, every day. There are good restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and Cagliari has scooters, bikes, motorcycles and other vehicles for rent. The main drawback is the neighborhood if you don’t have a car. The city center is lively, the weather is much warmer than in France, and you get the real dolce vita.

The location is away from the center, though getting around by bus is easy. Locals say the area has a seedy reputation, but it’s very quiet. Parking is excellent, too. The apartments are spacious for a residence, with separate air conditioning in both rooms. Staff are very friendly and the prices are reasonable.
