We were four people visiting from England for four nights in summer, and I already miss the garden, pool and sunshine. We spent each evening out with a bottle of wine, watching the sun go down and the stars come out. It's such a peaceful garden with lovely views. Eva and Giorgio were so kind and ready to help. Giorgio even got the barbecue going for us. The place was comfortable and had all we needed, including a dishwasher. Getting the train into Rome was straightforward, with just a short drive to the station, and the restaurants we tried in the local lakeside towns were great. There was plenty more we wanted to see in Rome and around it, so I'd come back in a heartbeat.

Thank you 😊❤️! The owners are amazing, and we had a perfect stay. It's a lovely place to unwind completely, with a cozy house and beautiful nature in this part of Italy. We'll come back next time. Thank you for your support. It means a lot to all of us from Ukraine.

Eva and Giorgio were lovely hosts and made us feel right at home in this characterful villa. The apartment was clean and had all the facilities we needed. It's well placed for the lovely towns around Lake Bracciano, which have loads of good restaurants. Rome is easy to reach too if you want a change from the quiet countryside. Cesano station is a 15-minute drive, parking is free, and the fare is just one euro. Eva, thanks again for the delicious apple cake. We hope to come back, and I'd highly recommend staying here.

It's hard to find this kind of atmosphere anywhere else. The house, the surroundings and the people are all amazing. Our apartment had what we needed for a relaxing holiday, with good beds, a dishwasher, laundry room and barbecue. There are shady outdoor spots to sit, and the new pool area is wonderful. The owners are available when you need them but give you room too. The house is close to beautiful, clean lakes for swimming, as well as nice towns with lots to see and do. Rome isn't far, and the airport is an easy, short drive. This is my family's favourite place in Italy. Thank you, Eva&Giorgio. See you again!
