Our group of 18 had a great week, and the game room made our evenings more fun. The staff really added to the holiday: Claudia took care of our endless questions, Valentino and Martin patiently handled our “fish brains” when we forgot what we’d picked for dinner the night before, and Christian drove the shuttle to the gondola. We really appreciated the warm welcome and service. The hotel’s location is great, with a shuttle to the gondola and the Campitello gondola fairly close. It’s a 15 minute walk to the center. Comfort rooms are renovated and quite big, while Standard rooms are practical. Everything was always CLEAN. Dinners were very good, though breakfast could have had more options. And the stracciatella was great!

The shuttle made getting around so easy, and breakfast was excellent. Our family of four had a wonderful stay in a simple, clean and comfortable room. We'd love to come back in summer.

We had a very comfortable family holiday here. The rooms were big enough, very clean and well designed, and the staff were kind and always helpful. The location gives you access to two different gondola options, and the hotel runs a shuttle to the gondola. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk away.

Manuel and Claudia, together with their welcoming, attentive team, really made the difference for our large group. We each had a room with family or friends, and our recently renovated room was spacious, cozy and carefully designed. It felt like home. The restaurant was excellent, with plenty of choices and flavorful dishes, and breakfast was abundant and varied. Getting to the ski lift took just a few minutes by car, and the hotel’s transport dropped skiers right at the point of interest. We came away with memories of a wonderful holiday in every way. Congratulations to a team that clearly loves its work. We’ll be back soon!

We’ve stayed here for over three years, sometimes in a group and sometimes on our own, and we’ll keep coming back. The place is quiet, away from traffic, along the long, picturesque Val di Gassa walk, and the center of town is about a 10 minute walk away. A shuttle runs continuously to the Belvedere cable car, only 2-3 minutes away. Claudia and Manuel take care of every detail, and their welcome is unmatched. The hotel has Standard and Comfort rooms for 2, 3 or 4 people, with thoughtful touches even for little ones, and pets are welcome. There’s a heated Sky Room, complimentary linens, and a new spa with a sauna and Turkish bath. The food is excellent too: a plentiful breakfast buffet with sweet and savory options, dinner menus with plenty of first courses, second courses and desserts, plus a rich buffet of appetizers and vegetables. The wine cellar is well stocked. FABULOUS, it really feels like home!
