The apartment was spotless, and David was very helpful, responsive and spoke great English. But the place lacked basic things like utensils, soap and espresso capsules. It felt like a hotel room with a small stove and fridge. For someone on a budget, it may be satisfactory, and the price could work if it were 20-30€ less per night, or at least if they fixed the futon. The futon that converts into a bed was impossible to sleep on. It visibly sagged toward the middle before anyone even lay down. There's just a double bed and the futon, and after three nights I felt like I'd broken my back. You'll want a comfortable bed if you're planning to walk Rome's streets, and this wasn't one. The Metro is literally steps away, but it mostly circles the places tourists want to visit, so it's only an average plus if you're here for the main sights. It wasn't a bad experience overall, but the managers should address the futon.

The apartment was modern, clean and in a safe area, close to the Vatican and plenty of places to eat. It can sleep up to four people. The subway station is 200m away, though finding street parking was hard.

The kitchen was fully equipped, and the rooms were spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. There's a market right downstairs and plenty of food nearby. Carrefour, McDonald's and Burger King are within a five-minute walk. The Metro and bus station are close, as is Vatican City. A fabulous place to stay.

The apartment itself was fine, but the owner treated us terribly. When we arrived in Rome, we were told we couldn't have the apartment we'd booked for two days. The owner tried to move us to a smaller, unattractive place instead. Because of this, we had to leave Rome a day and a half early. Very disappointing. I would never recommend it.

We really enjoyed our seven-night stay. The place was newly renovated and close to the Vatican, the Metro, and some cool pubs and restaurants. I'd recommend it to anyone.
