The apartment itself was nice, clean and fully equipped, but ours smelled of cigarettes like a bar from the 70s, and we have a child. The owner didn’t mention the smell at check-in. After we complained, we were offered just a €21 discount, basically the tourist tax. For a family with one child, we would have appreciated an offer to move to another room or, if that wasn’t possible, to get our money back so we could find somewhere else. That felt like basic greediness. Even back home, all our clothes smelled of cigarettes. It’s a pity, because the place itself is actually nice.

We plan to come back next year. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment was big and clean. There’s a supermarket opposite and a skibus stop nearby. Each apartment has its own box in the ski room. It’s a perfect apartment in Canazei and a beautiful place for a holiday. Dog-friendly too. I really recommend booking here, 10 points out of 5. :)

The hosts were really pleasant and helpful, and the place was clean and very nice. There’s a shop right across the street, with the skibus about a minute away. I’d recommend staying here. 🙂

The hosts were friendly and ready to help, and the apartment was clean and in a perfect spot. Definitely worth a stay.
