At 75€ a night, the room and service would have felt like good value. We paid more than 132€ per night, though, and breakfast wasn't included. We kept trying to figure out what we'd done wrong with the booking. In the end, we just told ourselves never to book a 2-star hotel again. ⭐️⭐️, that's it.

The best thing about this place is how close it is to the Col de Rossi ski lift, which you can reach on foot. Otherwise, I found it poor value for money. I paid €115.00 per night in March for a single room with breakfast. The B&B is modest and dated and needs a complete renovation. It felt unattended, and there are no common spaces for guests or ground-floor rooms. There's no elevator. My single room had worn carpet, an outdated electrical system, and a bathroom that needs a complete overhaul. Breakfast wasn't particularly good and didn't match the photos. The skyroom is also used for storage, has no lock, is always accessible, and isn't cleaned. There are only four reserved parking spots. Across the street, the public lot is free for just three hours, then local police issue fines. They suggest parking at another facility they manage, but even though it's 150 meters away, getting there in winter is difficult because of ice and snow.

The main-road location and private parking worked well, and the cable car and gondola are only a few minutes away on foot, handy for getting onto Col De Rossi early. It's a good base for a ski holiday. We stayed three nights at the Garni for a skiing weekend. A substitute receptionist welcomed us and showed us to our room. It was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was too. The staff are kind and friendly, though I sometimes saw them struggle to communicate with foreign guests. They were very helpful, but having no one at reception in the afternoon caused us some small difficulties. We hadn't been told to keep our room key with us, so I'd advise future guests to carry it even during the day. Breakfast was excellent, with delicious baked goods in generous amounts.

We were lucky to spend just one night here. The room was extremely dirty, with pubic hairs in the sink and bidet and two large cobwebs on the ceiling. After years of travel around the world, I have never encountered a place this filthy. Unacceptable. Strongly not recommended. We stayed in this hotel just 1 night, luckily. We found some pubic hairs in the bathroom and there were 2 big spider's web on the ceeling. We have been traveling for years around the worlds and this was a unique, disguting, experience. Unacceptable I would recommend to absolutely not visit this hotel
