B&B Qui Dormì L'Etrusco

The rooms were pleasant, distinctive, and clean, and most of our stay was nice. The building is a medium-sized standalone place in a residential area a little outside town, so the surroundings aren't ideal. Keep track of your towels too: a bathroom note says you'll be charged if their count doesn't match at checkout. Breakfast was nothing special. The cappuccino wasn't good, and the croissants weren't very good quality, though that often happens in hotels. But one staff member ruined the whole experience by making racist comments, using very racist words, including the n-word. They weren't directed at us, which made it even worse. This person simply assumed we'd obviously agree. My constructive feedback to the owner is: please don't be racist, and don't employ racist people.
