Uliveto Magico

We only stayed one night, but we're already hoping to come back as soon as we can. The place is perfectly placed for exploring Umbria, and the rooms and building have recently been renovated. Our dog was so happy she didn't want to leave, and everything felt safe for her, which isn't something you can take for granted with pets. Raffaella is wonderful with animals and also runs the on-site kennel. Raffaella and Ciro made us feel looked after and safe. The setting is enchanting, and breakfast was a five-star treat. As a vegan, I've never had such a good breakfast at a hotel or farmhouse. We felt welcomed in a way that's rare these days, with people who are attentive and exceptionally warm. I'd give it 11 stars if I could. I just need to find another free weekend. Go as soon as you can, you won't regret it! My dog and I had the best time. Federica & Giuseppe

Raffaella's cooking was a highlight, with authentic dishes, wonderful flavors, and care you could taste in every course. We spent a weekend surrounded by nature and loved it. Raffaella and Ciro were warm, genuine, kind, and attentive, always ready to help. The atmosphere was relaxing, and their hospitality is hard to find these days. Getting to join the olive harvest made this stay especially memorable. It was engaging and gave me a deeper appreciation for nature and local traditions. The property is newly renovated, carefully maintained, and very welcoming. From the house, the view over the fields and hills is breathtaking, and it was a lovely place to relax in peace. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for authenticity, beauty, and a one-of-a-kind experience.

Raffaella and her husband were wonderful, friendly, warm, and always happy to help. The place is right in the Umbrian countryside, and the rooms and services were great. Highly recommended.
