B&B Manu

The washing machine and fridge in the room were a godsend for me, and you rarely find those in this kind of B&B. There are also two induction burners, plenty of parking on site reserved for residents and B&B guests, and a kind, helpful host. It's an excellent B&B, although breakfast isn't included and you can have it at the bar next door. The main drawback is that it's opposite Cantù train station. There's no air conditioning, and the room gets sun all day, so at sunset you need to open the bedroom/kitchenette and bathroom windows. Then you hear the trains passing through the station. The small fan they provide helped me get through the July heat, though I can't imagine August. I hate the heat and can't stand it, but I survived, so I think it's worth trying.
