We got there around Friday lunchtime and by dinner it already felt like we'd had a proper break. Such a peaceful, private spot, with no one overlooking it and a decent food shop close by. We brought our 6-year-old and 12-year-old, and it worked perfectly for a quiet family escape. The town itself was sleepy, and Fano wasn't especially easy for English-speaking tourists, but the place was just right. Michaela, I think that was the name, was warm, friendly, easy to talk to despite the language gap, and made us feel at home. I'd recommend it to anyone after some calm.

Mary and Nazario made the dinners feel like time spent with friends. She's a brilliant cook, and his Florentine steaks from the grill were excellent. Both are warm, lovely people, quite direct in manner. The property itself is beautiful, with rooms that are really suites, each with a whirlpool tub. We loved our stay and would happily recommend it.

Michele was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We came as a group of 32 for New Year's Eve 2023/24, adults, teens, and children included. There's lots of green space for kids, and the villa sits a little above the rest of town. The separate pool and hot tub were there, though we couldn't use them at that time of year. The house itself suits a family of four or five at most. We used the steel corner setup facing the pool, with its sink and stove, as an American-style bar for aperitifs. The furnishings and bathroom seemed new, and there was underfloor heating, a countertop, and even a foosball table. Definitely recommended.

The owner was so kind and always on hand. With the pool and hot tub there too, it's a lovely place to unwind and enjoy some wellness time.

We were there for work, but still got to enjoy the house, the view, and the jacuzzi. The owner was courteous and helpful, and the place has a real charm to it. A very relaxing stay, well worth five stars.
