Oana was great to deal with and very flexible about check-in and check-out. She also let us leave our luggage over the weekend while we backpacked to Rome. We stayed first in the one-bedroom Devante apt, went to Rome, then returned to the two-bedroom Pitti apt. Both were on the third floor, and there is an elevator. Devante was quiet, facing other apartments rather than the street, and had a cute little balcony off the bedroom. Pitti was very spacious and could sleep seven, though the street noise came through early in the morning. Closing the shutters and windows helped. Both apartments had AC and nice warm or hot showers, but the water pressure in Pitti was only okay. We'd stay again and recommend it to others. Everything is within walking distance, and Sabrino Gelato is only a block away. It's real homemade gelato. One note about menus in Italy: an asterisk means the pasta is homemade.

The staff were very nice and helpful, but the noise in our apartment made sleeping a real challenge. We could hear pedestrians' footsteps from the room with all the windows shut, so the many motorcycles on the street at night were even louder. It was so noisy that I wouldn't consider staying here again.

It was an easy walk across the bridge to and from downtown. Our three-bedroom apartment was very clean and suited our family of five well.

The welcome was not friendly at all. The apartment was alright, but it lacked basic things like an iron and some amenities besides the water in the refrigerator.
