Alberto made our stay at Hotel Villa Sirena unforgettable. He sorted out our lost luggage, helped us plan great day trips, and made my husband's birthday feel really special. His care and attention to detail made all the difference. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

From the ferry pickup onward, they took care of everything. They drove us into town, helped plan our days, served us wonderful meals, and checked in to make sure we were having a good time. The whole experience felt like arriving at family’s home in Ischia. It’s the best hotel service we’ve ever had, and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the island. We’ll be back!

The rooftop terrace is spacious and looks out over the water, and our lovely room faced a large lemon tree in the garden below. At the spa beneath the hotel, the thermal mineral pool is huge and felt healing; the aromatherapy showers and natural steam sauna were incredible. Alberto, Arnauldo, and the rest of the staff were so accommodating. We felt like family as soon as we arrived. The chef, who lives in the villa next door, prepares the food with love while his mama watches. The service is very good. We'll be back!

The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms were lovely. Everyone on staff was friendly, provided outstanding service, and would do anything to make sure guests were looked after. The downstairs spa was a great bonus and helped us unwind after exploring. I loved my stay at Hotel Villa Sirena and would happily come back.

A lovely, peaceful family-run hotel on a beautiful island, and quite a surprise. The food was the best I had in Italy. I'd definitely choose the breakfast and dinner option, and the spa is top notch. Take the ferry from Naples, and the wonderful owner will pick you up at the port. Go see the castle and enjoy the island!
