Alex at reception was warm, friendly, and so helpful. He made us feel well looked after, and every other staff member we met was smiling and helpful too. We loved the hotel's character and its green surroundings. The terraces and rooms have incredible views, while the pool, with Greek statues and lemon and pomegranate trees around it, feels almost magical. It's a little way up the mountain, which suited us because it encouraged us to explore the island, and a hiking trail is just a few minutes' walk away. If you like a hotel with personality, this one is easy to fall for.

The courtyard is lovely, packed with flowers, lemons, aloe vera, other plants, and even pots of peppers. The view is superb, and the bus stop is nearby, so you can avoid walking. A one-way ticket costs 1.70 €. The rooms vary, but they were clean, which mattered most to me. Alex at reception is a nice guy. Breakfast is small but has some variety and was satisfactory. There's also a small pool for swimming and a few sun loungers.

We were there for two days, and the hosts were pleasant and cooperative. Public transport is a real plus for this hotel. The cuisine is also nicely kept in an Italian style, and our stay was fantastic.

The staff's care made our two-night stay unforgettable. They stayed in touch and guided us when we struggled to find the hotel, then gave us a stunning room with a view of the sea and the whole island. After I badly burned my leg on a scooter, they brought me medication and did what they could to keep me comfortable. They also quickly arranged a scooter rental when we couldn't find one. On departure day, local bus times didn't fit our plans and we risked missing the ferry, but the team helped us get to the port on time. Their warmth and kindness meant a lot, and I honestly don't know how we would have managed the trip without them. Thank you for making our time on the island so special!

I've travelled a lot, but nowhere else have I felt such genuine care and willingness to help with every question. From arrival, the warm atmosphere made us feel like family.
