The bathrooms were very poor, and there was no air conditioning. Service was terrible too, with no consideration for allergies at breakfast, even though breakfast was included in the price.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean and smelled lovely. It's in the center of town and a bit dated, but comfortable. Italian breakfast is served at the café downstairs. You can park in the paid area in front of the entrance with a pass.

The rooms were tidy and clean, and the staff were polite and attentive. The decor could use an update, but that's about it, nothing major to complain about. It's a beautiful hotel right in the center of Cascia, close to the square and the Basilica of Santa Rita, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby. Acceptable.

We were left waiting at the bar at Hotel Il Quadrifoglio while we tried to order something cold in the tropical heat. Nobody came to help, even though the staff were there laughing and chatting. A terrible experience, and you won't see us again!
