My first stay in Italy was here, in winter, and I loved the cozy room and homely feel. The owners were kind and courteous too.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is great. The owner is really friendly, and everything feels new, clean, and modern. There’s a kitchenette with a table, fridge, microwave, and capsule coffee machine. She also lets you have coffee for €0.50, which saved us from having to get breakfast. 😁

In a suburb of Pisa, this was a good-priced stay with new furnishings and air conditioning. The room was wonderful, with its own kitchen and bathroom. There’s a large fridge, but no cooking facilities.

The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and the owners were friendly. It’s a quiet, welcoming place and excellent value for money.
