Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany

My mom has a bad back, and every time we sat down to eat, the staff brought her a pillow and checked she was comfortable. That kind of care made our stay at Castello di Casole especially memorable. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating, with wonderful service throughout. We traveled all the way from California to enjoy Tuscany, and this beautiful property, its grounds, and the surreal scenery made it feel truly special. The spa was cozy and relaxing too, and I'd especially recommend a massage. If you're looking for delicious food, a calm setting, and lovely scenery, this is a place to indulge and unwind.

The concierge team helped us put together a perfect itinerary, and Antonela deserves a special thank you for making us feel like old friends. The staff's warmth made an already lovely four-night stay one of the most enjoyable vacations we've had. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, the pool is exquisite, and the whole property is very well maintained. Everywhere you look feels like a postcard of Tuscany, especially at sunset. We can't wait to return.

We celebrated our engagement at the Castello, and it was a breathtaking place for it. The grounds and the Castello itself were in perfect condition. Rebecca helped us plan ahead, and Angelo's team looked after us at the restaurant that evening. They took care of every detail of what we wanted, and both the food and service were excellent. An extraordinary place. We'll definitely come back.

We came back to Castello di Casole (Belmond) for a second stay, and it won't be our last. The gardens are beautifully kept, the rooms are elegant, and the views are breathtaking. The whole estate has a calm, lovely atmosphere. What stays with me most is the team. Everyone was warm, genuinely kind, and professional, with thoughtful care at every turn. We love this place and look forward to returning.
