I won’t be coming back. The man handling breakfast, the one with grey hair and a moustache, was rude and condescending, and seemed unable to do his job. We raised it with the manager and director, but even after following up, nobody gave us any feedback. It was the worst service I’ve experienced in Italy.

We tried to get a response after making a formal complaint to both the manager and director, but there was no follow-up or resolution. The breakfast team was rude, condescending, and incompetent. That was the worst service I’ve had in Italy, and I won’t return.

Breakfast service was painfully slow, the staff were rude, and food and supplies weren’t properly stocked or replenished. I’d look at other hotels.

A lovely, laid-back meal with friendly staff. The food and wine were excellent, and the terrace looks out over the beach.
