The rooms, Library, and Patio at Palazo Ronchelli were so inspiring that we ended up extending our stay by two days. We had a wonderful time there with our dog, and would definitely come back. Simona and her husband were lovely and full of helpful ideas for places to go and things to do.
A lovely hidden gem. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa, and even arriving late was no problem. Our host made us feel very welcome and was incredibly accommodating.
We had lunch in the main room, right by a lovely fireplace, and the painted ceiling and plaster stucchi are beautiful. I was there for an event with friends at Palazzo Ronchelli. From the court, a broad space in front of the Palace, you can admire the magnificent glicine when it flowers. It’s over 400 years old! We parked in front of the Church in the small village of Castello Cabiaglio (Varese) before entering.
A wonderful historic place to stay, with a very welcoming host. I’d happily recommend it.
