Sarah was very effective in helping us get the drive-in permit. I'm still not sure how it works, since nobody checked or stopped us. If driving to the hotel, go super slowly. It's almost a no-car zone, and some impatient cyclists can be aggressive. We left the car at the hotel and walked around or went for hikes. If the clouds cooperate, you can see both sunrise and sunset, and watch the night sky. It's a great small hotel, with an interesting design and architecture, good facilities, excellent food, and great staff. At checkout, they gave us a small bottle of herb mix, a nice gesture.

🩷 The staff were all super nice and friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. I had the half-board package, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Such a great stay, I'd definitely come back!

The pool has indoor and outdoor sections, both with an amazing view of Seiser alm. Sunset there was spectacular, and the range of saunas was great too. Our stay at Icaro felt magical. The tasteful rooms were very comfortable, and ours had a spectacular view of Alpe di Suisi. The staff were attentive, friendly, and accommodating, easily the best hospitality we've had. The hotel food was outstanding. Trust me, you won't regret choosing this place or be disappointed.

The view was insane, like being in a movie, and we had the most magical day riding around on bikes we rented through the hotel. We're telling all our friends about this place, and I'm so sad to leave. We can't wait to come back. We'd just stayed at Grand Hotel Tremezzo on Lake Como and weren't expecting much, but WOW, we were blown away. We loved it here more than anywhere else we've stayed on our honeymoon so far. Everyone was kind and attentive, and the service was impeccable. The food was amazing, and I 100% recommend including meals with your stay. The pool closes at 7pm, which wasn't ideal, but it worked for our schedule one day. Well worth it.

The hotel is a magical little place, with pleasing design details and great food. If you happen to catch the dessert buffet, it's something special. The area around it is beautiful in the early and late light. The only confusing bit was that there's no conditioner in the rooms, but bottles of it are sold at the front desk :~) Otherwise, a perfect stay.
