The food was fresh and delicious, and the olive oil was outstanding. We came here for a wedding, and it was such a gorgeous venue that we had to come back later in the week to experience it again. Loved it. The setting among olive groves and other fruit trees is stunning.

We happened to come across Carbona while looking for olive oil in Castelvetrano. It was a holiday, but they were open for a set lunch, so we signed up. We walked through the olive grove, then waited on the patio for lunch. While we waited, they brought us appetizers and wine, which was great. It was busy and the courses came a bit fast, but everything was well prepared and there was plenty of food. A really good experience. Before leaving, we bought some of their excellent olive oil, olives, orange marmalade, and homemade pasta. Happy chance finding them on the road. We'd like to return!

Our wedding at Carbona this summer was the most joyful and emotional day ever. Rosaria and her team were outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly. The service was excellent from beginning to end, and the food was exceptional, fresh, and made from their own produce. The wines were fantastic too. Friends and family came from Ireland and Italy, and everyone was blown away by how beautiful the venue was. Rosaria is an amazing host, one of the best I've met. She took care of everything we needed to make the day feel perfect. We held the ceremony at the venue under the trees, with our friends and family watching. It felt intimate and beautiful. Guests enjoyed music, cocktails, and dancing, then dinner outside under the lights and stars. Just stunning. Thank you, Rosaria and all your team, for making our day so memorable. 💞❤️
