We found the hotel online and booked by phone with Andrea. After four nights, we left hoping to return soon. Andrea and the whole team were friendly and courteous, especially Mauro, the bartender. Our standard balcony room was spacious enough, clean, stocked with high-quality items from slippers to shampoo, and refreshed daily. The food was a real highlight. Breakfast was generous, with fresh juices and eggs made to order, and cakes and snacks were available until 17:30 after skiing. Bar drinks were very reasonably priced. Dinner felt like fine dining: the buffet had tasty hot starters and salads, and the fixed à la carte menu plus three daily choices each for first and second courses gave plenty of variety. Desserts came from a separate menu or the daily selection. There was a special Valentine’s Day menu followed by live music in the lobby. The wine list wasn’t huge, but covered Italy’s regions with an emphasis on Trentino, as is common at hotels here. We only wished they hadn’t run out of Lugana from Le Creete. After a full day skiing, we loved relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi, and the indoor and outdoor pools were lovely too. Bring plastic slippers and pool caps. Andrea was always happy to chat and gave us useful advice about ski areas we hadn’t tried. The hotel has a shuttle to Alpe Luisa, though we drove and used the dedicated lot behind the hotel. We started the Sellaronda from Campitello, where parking costs 10 euro a day. They pay attention to small details, even the scents in the lobby. We highly recommend the hotel. We loved the mountain view from our room at Hotel Garden Moena. The decor, ambience, room, food, and wellness area were all wonderful. After a delicious breakfast and cappuccino, we went for a beautiful hike, then came back for a hot tub soak and a really good dinner. Thanks to the lovely HGM staff and management for a stay we won’t forget ❤️

The food is top-notch, and afternoon tea comes with lots of goodies. Service is excellent and everyone is extremely friendly. The hotel’s atmosphere is just what you’d hope for, and then some. One of the best hotels in the Fassa and Fiemme Valleys, and the kind of place you want to return to year after year. Go experience it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.
