A peaceful place with clean rooms, good breakfast, and good dinners as well. Sisters Serena and Simona and their mother were so kind. I'd recommend it for a relaxing holiday. Keep up the good work!

Castiglione della Pescaia's beautiful beach is only minutes away, and the holiday itself was quiet, practical, and family-friendly. I was treated to this fantastic stay and quickly fell for Serena, Simona, and their family. Their genuine kindness and helpfulness made a big impression. Their dog Jimmy greeted us with so much affection too. An excellent vacation.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from: homemade cakes, pastries and jams, biscuits, bread, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, yogurt, juice, and hot drinks. The rooms were clean and practical, with air conditioning, a fridge, and a small drying rack you can put outside. Each veranda has a table, two chairs, and a lounger, and there's a garden Jacuzzi available by reservation. Serena and Simona were attentive, kind, and genuine hosts. Pets are welcome and can roam freely with the two house dogs, Jimmi and Andrea. Set in the peaceful greenery of the Tuscan Maremma, it's about 10 minutes from the sea at Castiglione della Pescaia, yet makes for a relaxing stay.

Small, secluded, and welcoming, tucked away in the Maremma. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and both the stay and breakfast were excellent. It's five minutes from Castiglione, ten from the most beautiful beach, and twenty from Cala Viola.
