Breakfast felt like being at my mom's house. It was served at the same table in the owners' kitchen, which made it special. The owners and managers really make you feel at home. My room was warm, comfortable, and kept immaculately, with everything working perfectly. The price is very competitive. I recommend this B&B.

A very good B&B with friendly, helpful owners. The one downside is breakfast: it's not served on site, though they give you a voucher for a bar in the nearby town.

The outdoor areas are very well cared for, and the rooms are super clean. The B&B has a spectacular view over the Marche hills. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the host is a fantastic, kind person who prepares excellent breakfasts. Highly recommended!

Paid €25 for a nice, very clean room, and the owners were very kind. The room seemed brand new and even smelled new. There were four bugs, though, the kind that stink when you squash them. I don't know what they're called.

The owners are extremely kind, and the green outdoor spaces feel welcoming. Rooms are clean and well cared for. Highly recommended!
