We booked Catania In Centro by contacting the owner through gmail, for four adults and two children, and paid the full €115 through PAYPAL. The owner received the payment and gave us a phone number, asking us to call on arrival day. We tried several times that day, but the phone just rang and then was switched off. By then the children were tired and it was getting late, so we had to find another hotel. We've been emailing the owner since then. He promised a refund, but five weeks later we still haven't received anything. He said he hadn't paid because business was bad. We're still waiting for the money and would not recommend this hotel.
