Catania Inn

Marco and the team made us feel so welcome at the Catania Inn. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. I’d highly recommend staying here.

My mum and I booked through lucky trip, but our stay impressed us enough that I wanted to leave a Google review. The room was spacious, had everything we needed, and its authentic Sicilian style was beautiful. We also loved being so central, with a view of the cathedral. When I lost our passports, the team stayed calm while I panicked. They called around, gave us advice, and let us leave our things in the room while we searched. We eventually found the passports on a bus, and their help made a huge difference. At checkout they also kept our bags in a locked cupboard so we wouldn’t have to carry them around all day. A fantastic place. I’d happily stay again if I’m in Catania.

Marco was incredibly helpful throughout our three nights at Catania Inn. He arranged an airport shuttle, answered all our questions, even while at a wedding, and shared recommendations we were glad to have. My boyfriend and I had a large, very clean double room with a balcony and city view. The inn is central, with the popular parts of Catania all within walking distance. We had an amazing stay and would come back. Thanks, Catania Inn!

Parking was a bit tricky to find, and the host offered a spot opposite the building entrance for 15€ a night, which we thought was too expensive. Breakfast wasn’t provided, though there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Even so, I’d recommend the place for a stay in Catania. Our room was beige, quiet, clean, and had a little balcony for smoking. The A/C worked well, and there was a small tea and coffee area. Outside the room, a shared living room had lots of books and Sicily travel information. Wi-Fi was good too. We arrived late, but the host was there to show us everything and was always reachable on WhatsApp.
