The rooms have lovely decor and authentic antique pieces, and there are cakes and coffee available throughout the day. Breakfast at the faculty was great, and they also gave us tickets for breakfast at a nearby coffee shop. This is a wonderful little find in central Catania. Domenico, the owner, is warm and friendly, always happy to answer questions and make sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend this B&B for a Catania stay.

The breakfast was beautiful and clearly made with lots of care. The hospitality really stood out. Inside, the house feels like a mini palace, with striking stucco work, original furniture, high ceilings, and a full renovation. You'd never guess what it looks like from the outside. It felt like stepping back into ancient times. I couldn't have asked for more.

The decor is beautiful, and two of the rooms are lovely. Just check carefully before booking the room with the external bathroom and toilet. It's about 1.5 meters from the room where breakfast is eaten, so you can hear people using the toilet while they're picking up breakfast. We asked the owner to cancel the remaining nights because this wasn't clear when we booked, but he refused. Make sure you know which room you're booking.

Everything you need to feel at home is in the flat, and it's very comfortable. The welcome on arrival was friendly too. Restaurants and bars are all around, and the center is no more than a 15-minute walk away. The only reason I took off a star is the thin walls. Noise from the neighbors and outside carries straight into the flat.

Ludovico makes you feel very welcome, and the room is beautiful. You can request a gluten-free breakfast.
