Pinella was lovely and helpful, always replying promptly to messages on WhatsApp and Booking. There were plenty of breakfast snacks, including toast, croissants, biscuits, different jams, coffee, and water in the fridge. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was great value for money. The place is full of Sicilian artwork and decor, almost like a Sicilian museum, with a rustic feel. Its location in the heart of Catania is ideal, and the street has no cars, so it felt quiet and cozy. The layout is unusual but works well, with the entrance and kitchen downstairs and the bathroom and two large beds upstairs. The steep stairs could be tricky for very young children or older guests, though our four-year-old loved them. The upstairs air conditioning wasn't working as it should while we were there, though the host may not have known. We let her know and hope it has since been fixed. Basic toiletries like shower gel and shampoo would also be useful.

The owner was warm and helpful. The houses were nicely decorated and well furnished.

The hostess was always available, very kind, and glad to suggest good places to eat. The apartment was clean and cozy, with the feel of a Sicilian townhouse, and arranging an airport transfer was very convenient. It has real character and gives you a sense of Catania's everyday rhythm. Cerami 15 is right in the heart of the city, with attractions, cafes, and restaurants just a short walk away, so we explored on foot. We spent a few days here and found it hard to imagine a better place to stay in Catania. I plan to return again and again, and will definitely stay here next time.

The host was very friendly and easy to reach on WhatsApp, so I could ask questions whenever I needed something. The facilities were fairly clean and well organized. The location in the city center made it easy to walk to most tourist attractions. There was air conditioning on the first and second floors, but the second floor felt relatively hot because the air didn't circulate well.
