The apartment had a nice style, and the room had everything I needed with no surprises. Thanks, Christian, for sorting out my last-minute needs, and I understand the trouble you had with PayPal. Hopefully the payment goes through and all is well. From the airport, I suggest taking the Alibus, which costs 4 eur. Taxis wanted 20 eur each. You can walk, but if you don't know Catania, I'd get a ride since you're not likely used to walking along the roadside. That's the Catania council's fault.

Christian was a really nice and accommodating owner. He showed us our room, the amenities, and how everything worked. The room was clean, the AC worked really well, and the shower had warm water and good pressure. I had a great stay. Thanks, Christian!

I’d give this zero if I could. Our flight was delayed by 15 minutes, and we let the property know as soon as we found out. They still refused to open the door and left us out on the street. While we were ringing the bell, they cancelled the booking as a no-show and kept our money. We had to spend the night at the airport and pay for a place we couldn't use, plus taxis there and back. It was extremely disrespectful of the owners, and I wouldn't recommend risking a booking here if you don't want to end up sleeping on an airport bench. The neighbourhood seemed dangerous too, and the property didn't look inviting.

Great quality for the price, and the host was easy to contact. The rooms were really nice and comfortable, about a 20-minute walk from the airport. I'll definitely come back on my next short trip to Catania!

The host was friendly and even offered to let us into the room early, though all we wanted was to drop off our bags. The room was very clean and close to the airport.
