Hotel Centrum

The staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was great, the location was super, and breakfast was very good.

Paola and her staff made a stressful morning much easier. Our rental car had an issue at the last minute, just before our flight, and they helped us sort it out quickly and calmly so we could get to the airport on time. They were kind and efficient, and we felt really valued. The hotel was lovely throughout our stay, with well-kept, comfortable rooms. Ours had classic decor, a great shower, a comfy bed, modern amenities, and a terrace with a nice city view. A truly wonderful visit, and we'd definitely return.

We booked the suite directly with the hotel and would strongly recommend it. It was beautifully furnished, with two bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. The classic decor and fresh spaces made the hotel lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. From the terrace we could see Mt Etna and a beautiful sunrise. The location was convenient too, an easy 10-minute walk from the bus terminal or train station. Giuliana and Paula were especially kind, friendly, professional, and helpful.

The rooms were clean and beautifully designed, and breakfast was small but came with good coffee. Reception staff were kind and gave us help finding good restaurants.
