We were lucky to get a parking spot right below, in front of the main entrance. The apartment itself is stylish, comfortable, and well equipped, with an excellent location.

The owner is so kind and friendly, and always ready to help. Probably the place to stay in Catania. Couldn’t be better!

For someone like me who travels for business often, this was an excellent stay. The rooms are clean, the kitchen is practical and works well, and the location puts you right in the heart of Catania. Recommended.

The apartment felt cozy, and it’s new and clean, not far from the center. There’s a large grocery store nearby, along with the metro and plenty of restaurants and places to eat. It has a kitchen, so you can cook if you’re staying longer or don’t like eating in cafes. Parking may be difficult because finding a space is hard, and in my opinion it doesn’t feel very safe. Locals say you can leave the car under the house without worrying.

We found a good paid parking option nearby, which meant avoiding the large morning market and the hassle of parking on the street. The apartment is spacious, quiet, and fully equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The owners were very friendly, and the location was excellent.
