Meo Design Suite & Spa

The spa was the best part of my stay at Meo Design Hotel. Booking through a site like Booking.com adds €20, while it’s included if you book directly with the hotel. Either way, I thought it was worth it: having the whole spa to yourself made it peaceful and special. My room was a little dark, but modern, clean, and cozy, with a huge comfortable bed and a spacious, well-designed shower. The receptionist was very professional and helped make the stay enjoyable. The place feels a bit like a serviced apartment, with a very attentive team. Getting in took some figuring out, with several codes and a courtyard entrance, though that seems typical of Catania. It’s superbly located if you’re without a car and want to explore on foot. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

We travel a lot, so we were pleasantly surprised by the room and service at MEO. It’s in a beautiful old building right on Via Etnea, and our room looked out over an old church and Mount Etna. The design was stylish, with lovely attention to detail, and there was even a light breakfast in the room. The staff were also great, friendly and helpful 😊. Definitely somewhere I’d stay again 👍🏻👍🏻😍

Right in the middle of Catania, this boutique hotel feels fresh and intimate. I booked a room facing the main street with a balcony, and it was just what I hoped for. The staff were so welcoming and gave us great recommendations. 10/10, I’d recommend it.

Our time in Catania was an unexpected stopover, and we were lucky to get Meo’s last room. Giorgia at the concierge desk was wonderful and helped us find great restaurants. The room was comfortable, and the location made it easy to walk around, eat well, and shop. Thank you for making a layover that could have gone badly into such a lovely visit 🙏
