Miro Bed and Breakfast

The staff were wonderful, always ready to help and suggest places to visit. Our room was cleaned every day and stayed quiet in the evenings. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the rooms were extremely clean. B&B Miro is close to the city centre, with lots of free parking bays nearby and paid parking that's very cheap. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. 10/10.

Lucia was an incredible host. She helped arrange tours and was happy to tailor breakfast for my whole family, including two seniors and a toddler. Her suggestions for local food and granitas were spot on, too.

The reception was great, and they were very helpful with directions. Breakfast offered plenty of choices. The room was small but very comfortable and thoughtfully designed. I especially liked the bed made from pallets and the real wood closet. The bathroom was very convenient. Thanks 👍😊

The website description was misleading and didn't match the accommodation. As soon as we entered the room, we were hit by a strong urine smell from the bathroom area, which was part of the bedroom. It was so pungent that staying there wasn't an option. The entrance building was dark, with people who looked sinister, and smelled strongly of petrol and dope. We left straight away without touching anything, then promptly and politely told the owner about the room and asked for a refund because there was no way we could sleep there. The host immediately got defensive, aggressive, and confrontational. She swore and shouted personal insults until I had to hang up. She called right back and continued the abuse. The calls were on speakerphone and witnessed. This was by far the worst accommodation and rudest host we've come across in all our travels. The earlier negative reviews show a pattern of similar behavior in her dismissive replies. I think she's the crazy one.
