I'm writing this a year later because I forgot to leave a review. We drove from the Netherlands all the way to Sicily, stopping for day trips and overnight stays along the way, and planned to spend longer in Catania. Violeta (sorry if I've spelled that wrong) welcomed us with a glass of prosecco and was warm, professional, and really helpful. We could contact her anytime during the day if we needed anything. She was wonderful. We also loved the staff's breakfast presentation and preparation each morning. The suites are gorgeous. Photos often make a place look better than it is, but Naca Suite was even more impressive in person. Ours was huge and beautifully decorated, very clean, and relaxing. The hot tub was amazing, and having a coffee machine in the room was a real plus. It's the best suite we've stayed in. The location worked well for us, with just a short walk to the city center. The beach areas are quite a bit farther on foot, but that wasn't really a problem for us.

We liked the room's magical ceiling and how clean and well maintained everything was. It had what we needed, and breakfast served in the room was a lovely extra. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was walkable to the theatre square and cathedral. Parking is available outside in the zones, though keep an eye on your windscreen wipers because thieves operate around there. A few things could make the stay better: a mosquito net or device, bathrobes for the jacuzzi and breakfast, a full-length mirror, and somewhere to put bath products in the shower.

Magda was wonderful. The room was cozy, with a gorgeous ceiling, a comfortable bed, and great AC. There was also prosecco and a private whirlpool tub. I'll be back!

Naomi and her assistant gave us wonderful care and attention during our four-day stay. Our room had everything we could ask for, including an espresso machine, a fridge with freezer, a jacuzzi tub, and A/C. Starting the day with the breakfast cart was great. The location is close to everything in Catania and just off a main road, handy for trips out of town. A must-stay spot!

The rooms are great, and the staff were really polite and friendly. You're just outside the main street, around a 10-minute walk from the center and other places. I'd recommend staying here if you want something a little different but still good quality.
