Symposium

Breakfast was great, and Gabrielle was very welcoming and nice. We had a lovely stay in a big, comfortable room with very clean facilities. The shower box had a little water infiltration and mould, which is why I gave it 4 stars. It's well placed for catching buses to the airport or elsewhere, and supermarkets are 700m from the hotel. I'd definitely come back.

We got to the house very early on our first day, and they let us check in straight away, which we really appreciated. On the last day we could also check out early and catch our flight without rushing. The house lady was kind, helpful, always smiling, and willing to assist. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was very tasty, and they even left breakfast in our room for our early departure, though they didn't have to. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

The service was poor. You can't check in on weekends, and management never responded. When we arrived at the Airbnb, I had to get Trip.com to arrange somewhere else for us to stay. It's next to the train station, but the area felt a bit dangerous for women travelers.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the kitchen was very well equipped. We stayed at Symposium bed and breakfast at the end of January 2022, and both the room and the breakfast were fantastic. The room was spacious and very clean, with towels and other things guests need. The location is amazing, right beside the train station, public bus station, and private bus station. They served delicious breakfast every day. We definitely recommend it.
