Very Good Featured review

They were accommodating even in the middle of the night, and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was good and the waiter attentive. Still, it didn't feel different from other hotels in Calabria. The locations are fantastic, but the atmosphere is very mediocre or worse. Managers and owners should put more thought into making their buildings feel warmer.

Some staff made the stay feel much better, especially the late receptionist and Israel, who were lovely. But we've been coming since 2010, and this time the pool situation was exhausting. I had checked by email beforehand that my young children could play and splash, and was told they could. They're children, making memories, and this is a family hotel, not a romantic getaway. If you don't want to get splashed, there is plenty of room to sit farther from the pool. Instead, a woman who appeared around 4-5pm on most days kept trying to stop the children from splashing, including children who'd been playing there all day. Whoever she was, don't sit on the pool edge or on beds right beside it if you don't want to get wet.

The room was spotless and the staff were really kind. The location is nice and the service was good, but I wasn't keen on the dinner menu or food.

Prices are competitive, and the staff are super friendly. Very clean too, and works well for a business trip or a leisure stay.
