We only stayed one night, and everything went smoothly. The old town and castle are just steps away, which makes the location a real highlight. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, with Italian and continental options like cold cuts, cheese, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and eggs. Our room was nicely decorated. I especially liked how they brought a very old building up to date while keeping its history and character.

If you're visiting Celano, this is the best hotel in the area, and the castle is well worth making time for. The hotel sits right in the town center, with plenty of nearby places to eat. We didn't try the restaurant, though its setting looked amazing, and the staff were happy to help us find somewhere nearby. The rooms were pleasant and breakfast was really good.

The room didn't feel nearly as luxurious as the photos suggested, and the prices at reception were higher than the ones online. The heating also failed. They brought us a portable heater later, but it wasn't an ideal fix. The hotel seemed in poor condition, far from what its advertising and prices led us to expect.

We were near the castle in a lovely part of town, and the staff were very friendly. They put real effort into making sure we were accommodated.

We had a really nice meal and loved the location and atmosphere. The host was accommodating, and the team went out of their way to make our stay even better. We'd definitely return. Thank you so much.
