We finally left at 10 PM just to get away from it. There had been no electricity all day on the day we arrived, so we had no lights, air conditioning, or way to charge our devices. When we asked the woman at customer service for help, she was rude and dismissive and offered no solution, basically saying, “Not our problem.” There wasn't even an apology, just complete disregard for guests. I'd never stay here again.

The rooms are large and nice, with their own bathrooms, though the bathrooms need renovating. It's only about 300 m from the beach. For anyone traveling as part of a group, though, breakfast and dinner aren't as good as what other guests get, and the waiters are less friendly. Other guests should find the place very good.

I couldn't sleep in that heat, with the train station noise on top of it. The room had no air conditioning and stayed around 30 degrees. The food was awful too: dinner was the worst I've had, and breakfast wasn't any better. At dinner I was served a slice of cake with a bite already taken out of it, probably left over from the day before. The toilet smelled bad the whole time. Worst hotel I've stayed in.

I haven't actually stayed in the hotel, but I found the people quite rude and, in my opinion, not good at being nice to tourists. The outside does look nice, though.

Breakfast is usually included and is decent, with American and continental options. The hotel itself is pretty standard and costs too much for what you get. The rooms feel old-fashioned, especially the bathroom.
