Hotel Alda B&B

The room was quite nice, and breakfast was excellent. The woman serving at breakfast was especially kind and helpful. At check-in, the brunette who greeted us didn't seem very cheerful. I figured she might just be having a bad day, since I'm used to Romagna hospitality. The other reception staff were welcoming and kind. I picked the hotel because reviews praised the cleanliness, but I felt there was still room for improvement.

The breakfast was delicious, generous, and had plenty of choices for everyone. The breakfast staff were attentive and friendly, always smiling, and the reception team were kind and helpful from the start. I only got to stay two nights, but the whole staff made us feel so welcome. I'd happily come back.

The reception staff's kindness and warm service alone make the trip worthwhile. The rooms and shared spaces were very clean, the beds comfortable, and the soundproofing was so good that even the late Ferragosto celebrations didn't keep me awake. Apart from that, it felt like a 3-star hotel, much like others nearby.

I wish we'd stayed more than one night. The room was comfortable and clean, with air conditioning and a little terrace. It was quiet thanks to the excellent soundproofing, and the bed was a good place to rest. Breakfast had a great range of options, and the staff were friendly. A fridge was the one thing missing from my five-star review.
