The reception stayed open for hours past its stated closing time because my transport was delayed. That was just one example of how considerate everyone was. I was doing an Ironman on Saturday, and when the staff realized I wouldn't make breakfast during normal hours, they put together a breakfast bag for me the night before. They also gave me a bag of the iconic Cervia salt as a free souvenir. My room's air-conditioning had an issue, but external technicians fixed it within 24 hours. The Italian breakfast leaned a bit too sweet for my taste, and there wasn't much vegetarian protein, though that seems to be the case across Emilia-Romagna. Hotel Chery's hospitality was outstanding. I'd give it six stars if I could.

The croissants at breakfast are amazing. The staff are really kind and helpful, always ready to assist. It's a great place for a short or long stay, near restaurants and beaches, and also close to the area's most popular nightclub and amusement Park.

Hotel Chery was a lovely choice for a few days away with my wife. Mirabilandia is easy to reach from there, and the location was convenient. Our room was reasonably clean and tidy, and having a mini-fridge, safe, and air conditioning made the nights more comfortable. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, good breakfast, and the staff, who were extremely kind and helpful. Recommended!

The breakfast was the real highlight, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. My wife and I had a short break at Chery, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise.
