It felt calm here even though it was right among the places worth visiting, and the public beach with toilets and showers was a 7-9 minute walk. The place was fresh and well managed, with a friendly, service-minded couple hosting us. We asked for wine glasses and they brought champagne glasses too.

The owners were cheerful, friendly and helpful, and dogs are welcome. The apartments were spacious and clean, in a great spot near both the sea and the city center. A very nice residence.

The location was handy for the beach, with bicycles provided to get to the beach resorts, and it's only a few kilometers from the Cervia Thermal Baths. Residence Jamaica is near the center of Milano Marittima, directly across from the sea. The family-run place has about 20 apartments, with kitchens, air conditioning, daily cleaning and regular linen changes. There's laundry service for guests, plus underground parking for a limited number of cars. They can also provide a temporary residence permit for parking around the city center. Mr. Leonardo and Mrs. Arianna were lovely and always available to help with guests' needs. The cleaning staff, Michela and Carmen, were quick and discreet, and attentive to what guests needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The apartment had plenty of space, was clean and had the comforts we needed for a lovely stay. It was also peaceful and well located. The owners were kind, friendly and always there if we needed anything. Highly recommend.
