Hotel Silvaion

The meals were super good, plentiful and high quality, with plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. I have food intolerances, and their care and attention to detail left me speechless. Fabio, Giulia and the whole family were so welcoming and helpful that they made us feel like family until the very last goodbye. My husband, our 12-year-old son and I stayed at the Silvaion Hotel in the last week of August, and had a GREAT time. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, with a nice bathroom, shower and bidet, a small balcony, and really relaxing mattresses and pillows. The pool was lovely and always clean, and parking was convenient. The hotel's well placed for walks to Gatteo, markets and bars, and the beach is excellent. Highly recommended! 🔝 Giulia, Leo, Paolo

We were five, three women and my husband and me, and had a spacious, comfortable room with two balconies. It was cleaned very well every day. Breakfast kept getting more varied, and dinner felt like eating at home. There were lots of appetizers and sides, plus at least three first courses and three second courses to choose from each day. Everything was cooked with passion, and you could taste it. Fabio and all the staff were kind, friendly, always smiling, and ready to help anytime. The beach is very close, and the quiet location meant we slept really well. A beautiful experience, we'll be back ❤️

Silvaion Hotel is a simple place, with clean, spacious rooms. We came with the whole family in the last week of July, and what really stands out is how courteous the staff are. You're treated like a person, not just a number, and greeted with a smile every time. Thanks to everyone on the team.

The quiet, well-kept private beach was a real plus. With the best package, our room came with two loungers and an umbrella at 'Lo Bagno'. Over the week we had no trouble at all, no thefts or fights, and the beach staff cleaned regularly. The hotel is close to the sea, with several parking options, and well placed for the train station, shops, boutiques and San Marino. We chose Hotel Silvaion because it looked like a family-run hotel with half board that would suit our needs. Fabio and his team answered our initial questions quickly, and the booking was handled confidently, subject to availability. They welcomed us warmly and explained everything, and staff were always ready to answer questions. Everyone was polite, helpful and hardworking, with a small-family feel and clear roles. Their dedication from breakfast through dinner was striking. The all-inclusive half-board package included still and sparkling water, and you could request a bottle of alcohol, which avoids the waste you often see at all-inclusive hotels. Breakfast was a generous buffet of sweet and savory food. The coffee machine was one of the best I've come across in hotels, and the coffee, hot chocolate and cappuccino were excellent. Dinner was buffet-style and varied, with regional dishes and plenty to choose from, including salad, hot food or appetizers, and always fish, meat and pasta. Dessert was mainly fruit, including high-quality watermelon and melon, with a slice of cake or ice cream served at the table each evening. The rooftop pool is simple but fine for cooling off after sightseeing, with lots of loungers and a few umbrellas. We didn't feel uncomfortably exposed to the sun. The airy ground-floor bar stays open until midnight and has a good range of drinks at reasonable hotel prices. Our room suited the short time we spent in it. We didn't use the TV, the air conditioning worked, and the shower, sink, bidet and toilet all had excellent water pressure. We had no plumbing problems. Rooms were cleaned regularly, beds made daily, floors cleaned, and towels changed regularly or on request. The rooms are well soundproofed. The hotel can't be held responsible for adults or children running through the corridors at night without manners. This is a family-run place. If you want a huge resort with thousands of people, food around the clock and unlimited alcohol, you may find yourself missing those things and complaining about details. We think about it differently: what was missing to make us happy during our week away? Nothing. We had a fantastic week. THANKS!
