The price was far more affordable than other hotels or apartments nearby. The couple running the B&B are lovely, and although the decor is simple and old-fashioned, everything is in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. A 10 out of 10!

From my room I had a beautiful view over Chianciano and the hills around it. The stay was calm and pleasant, and the hostess paid close attention to what guests needed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It’s very near the Wednesday market area and Piazza Italia. I’ll be back.

The price and quality are a sure thing here. Just remember this is a 1-star hotel, so comparing it with a 3-star place makes no sense. The owner is a kind, attentive lady, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. It is also clearly dated, almost vintage, and will take you straight back to the legendary 1980s. Don’t expect the comforts you’d get at a 3- or 4-star property.

My husband and I recommend staying here, especially for the handy location near the historic center and the Chianciano thermal baths, which are within walking distance. Mrs. Roberta was available from our very first phone call and remained so throughout the stay. She’s attentive to details and an excellent cook.

My husband Maurizio and I want to thank Mrs. Roberta for being so kind and attentive. The food was plentiful and excellent, with that at-home feeling. We enjoyed the quiet location up high, and we’ll definitely come back with friends for the Christmas holidays. Goodbye, Mrs. Roberta, see you soon.
