Hotel Reali

We’d gladly come back to Hotel Reali. The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety, and the service was excellent, with friendly staff and daily room cleaning. We had two air conditioners, a TV, hair dryer, and mini fridge in the room, plus three towels for each person. We’d give it 10+ for a lovely place to rest. 😊

The dinner was simply amazing, one of the best meals we had in Italy. Everything was made from scratch with real care. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Great value for the price.

I stayed here yesterday with a Chinese tour group of 27 people. At breakfast in the first-floor canteen, the brunette waitress in the picture told the Chinese guests where they had to sit, while letting a local guest choose any table. There were no reserved tables, and the areas she assigned weren’t large enough for our group. She also singled out young Chinese guests and women, directing them to sit where she wanted. I found the treatment discriminatory and disgusting, and it ruined our stay. I argued with her and asked the supervisor to explain, but he acted as though he didn’t hear us and had a bad attitude. His English seemed poor, though I believe he understood what was happening. We’re customers and should be able to choose where we sit. I’ll complain to the relevant authority and hotel management until I receive an apology.

The price is very affordable, and the hotel is generally fine. Breakfast was average, though not the worst I’ve had in Italy. The rooms are very basic. These days, I’d expect at least a kettle, tea or coffee, and water in the room.
