Falkenau

Breakfast was a highlight every morning, freshly made and delicious, with everything we needed. The whole place was spotless and well cared for, so we felt welcome straight away. Ursula puts so much care and passion into running Falkenau Farm, and it shows in the details. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. I’d absolutely recommend it. 💛

We stayed with Ursula from late August into early September, and the breakfasts had us looking forward to getting up each day. There were homemade jams, bread and syrups, eggs from their chickens and quails, and two different cakes every day. The quality was incredible, and we felt thoroughly spoiled. The Maso is carefully looked after, with lots of green space, clean modern rooms and new furnishings, plus a warm, homey feel. Ursula was kind and attentive, and suggested hikes near the Maso. A great choice for a South Tyrolean stay with fresh breakfasts and clean, modern rooms.

The location worked really well, a few kilometers from Brunico and close to lots of places to visit. We also used the discount for access to Cron4, which was just right for a few relaxing hours. Mrs. Ursula and her children were delightful and always available. Breakfast was generous and thoughtfully made with quality local products. Our room was spotless, with a balcony facing the forest, and the natural materials made it feel very peaceful. The outdoor areas were lovely too. The only small thing was that the bathroom had hand soap but no other toiletries, though it hardly mattered. Highly recommended.

Homemade goods are for sale here at very reasonable prices, and breakfast also features homemade food, including a different cake each day. The family were warm and helpful, and the rooms are new with beautiful bathrooms. It’s a magnificent spot surrounded by nature. Congratulations, I’ll certainly come back when I’m in the area.
